Non-faulty goods. We cannot accept returns of Non-Faulty goods because the products
have been personalised or customised specifically for you. This includes colour matching
unless a colour print proof has been ordered and approved.
To return goods please fill out the form to receive a Returns Authorisation Number.
We will then replace or refund the product price in full providing:
1. Before returning products, please complete the Return a product here section or
contact us for a returns authorisation number. This should then be clearly written
on the packaging being returned.
2. The goods should be unused, unassembled and in its' original packaging.
3. The goods must be returned to us in good condition within 7 days (5 working days)
of date it was delivered to you.
4. We strongly advise you to return goods via a fully insured courier or special
delivery so that you have proof of delivery.
