Terms and Conditions
DeliveryWe state the estimated delivery times on our individual product pages. Usually this is 2-5 days after artwork has been approved. Please call or e-mail us if you are on a tight deadline. In the case of goods delivered by third party carriers Digital Display Printing has no control from point of collection by carrier. Any time or date for delivery given by the Seller is an estimate only and the Seller shall not be liable for the consequences of delay. The Seller shall not accept liability for any loss (including loss of profit), costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the goods (even if caused by the Seller's negligence).
Prices / CurrencyIf your order includes graphics our prices assume that you are supplying "ready to print" artwork as per our artwork guidelines. If your artwork requires additions or alterations this is chargeable. We will not undertake additions or alterations without your agreement. All prices quoted on our sites are in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT at the current rate. Orders dispatched outside the EU will not be charged VAT. Prices shown in other currencies are for guidance only. In addition to credit cards, cheques are acceptable but no order will be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. All credit / debit card details given over the internet to this site are encrypted.
Returns & RefundsNon-faulty goods. - We cannot accept returns of non-faulty goods because the products have been personalised or customised specifically for you. This includes colour matching unless a colour print proof has been ordered and approved.
To return faulty or damaged goods please fill out the form to receive a Returns Authorisation Number.
We will then replace or refund the product price in full providing:
1. Before returning products, please complete the Return a product here section or contact us for a returns authorisation number. This should then be clearly written on the packaging being returned.
2. The goods should be unused, unassembled and in its' original packaging.
3. The goods must be returned to us in good condition within 7 days (5 working days) of date it was delivered to you.
4. We strongly advise you to return goods via a fully insured courier or special delivery so that you have proof of delivery.
ArtworkIf there are errors in the artwork supplied by the Buyer, Digital Display Printing can accept no responsibility for such errors. Visual proofs may also be supplied where deemed necessary by the Seller. No responsibility can be accepted where proofs are supplied and any errors, whether by the Seller or customer are not corrected by the customer at the time. Any design changes or alterations to typefaces, layout or dimensions due to absence of explicit instructions may be charged extra unless due to an error on the Seller's part. Production will not commence without design approval and if this is not received within three days of submission,dispatch of the order may be affected.
Colour MatchingWhilst every effort will be made to achieve a commercially acceptable match, the technical problems involved in ink manufacture and the effects of different media on the apparent colour, the Seller cannot guarantee a perfect result. The buyer must ask for a colour print proof (charged at £25) or swatch (free) where colour is critical. Where colour proofs are ordered the production time will be extended.
WarrantiesDigital Display Printing warrants that the goods are of satisfactory quality and that they comply with any specific description or specification supplied by the Seller to the Buyer in writing.The Seller gives no warranty that the goods are suitable for any particular purpose or for use under any specific conditions, unless the Buyer has given written details of the purpose or conditions and the Seller has expressly warranted the goods' suitability in writing
Law Applicable these conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and all disputes arising in connection therewith shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
